The staff and location of the hotel was excellent. The towels and bedding and decor were nice and comfortable.
room was tiny and not 4 star, no shampoo, no heating and a leaking radiator. The single beds put together to form a double was uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor although the staff were nice. The communal area was a bit shoddy and not as pictured on the website.
Pretty place, nice room, good brekfast, excelent location, good view from the room.
The air conditioner did not work because of "not hot season", despite of 28th of April and 26deg outside, so we should try to sleep with open windows and it was impossible
Our room was more like an appartment on the top floor with four-poster bed, living room, kitchen area, large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the lagoon: fantastic. Although breakfast was the same each day, there was plenty to eat. The two young ladies on reception were a joy and nothing was too much for them. We were there during the Icelandic volcano and they did everything they could to help stranded guests. It was our ruby wedding anniversary and we could not have found a better hotel.
Beware some low roof beams if on the top floor, otherwise nothing.
Helpful staff, large triple room with great view of water and Venice.
Breakfast was poor and hot water for the shower/bath barely trickled out.
Very good location to access any place with vapolett. The receptionists were friendly. It was very confortable during staying.
Having paid for a room overlooking the courtyard, we asked if it would be possible to be moved to a room with a balcony view and the staff were more than happy to oblige and we ended up with our own terrace and a stunning view of the Grand Canal, not to mention a lovely room in great nick. Staff were affable and informative and gave us a some good suggestions of where to eat in the slightly cheaper residential areas in the city...which was V helpful!! Although the breakfast room was small, considering the size of the hotel, the meal itself was excellent - one can easily eat too much as we found out every morning. All in all lovely hotel in an amazing location!!
Wonderful location facing the lagoon and S. Giorgio Maggiore - the same view as some of the most exspensive hotels in Venice! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Excellent, enjoy every single bit of it. Esp the frdly staffs and the wonderful view from the room.
Room is slightly small but is value for money.
The hotel is located perfectly, it is at the opposite end of the city, and easy to reach the Lido as well, but you get in 50 minutes to the train station and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, you could not wish better. the rooms are cosy and even the viewwas quite authentic ;)
Staff were friendly, room was spacious with great views, very central.
Convenient location and stunning view of the Venice waterfront
A wonderful small hotel, reasonably priced for us off-season, and a great location
This was our third holiday here and it was lovely again. The room is comfortable with a beautiful lagoon view, the breakfast is good, the distance from the center is very short, and the staff are very kind. We will go next year too.
The staff was most helpful and courtesy while upholding a very professional manner. The rooms were small, however beautiful in decor and presented in a very clean manner. The tile bathroom floors were stunning when dry, but I extremely fearful of slipping on a wet tile. A few of the electrical sockets in the room need some attention also. Continental breakfast was very enjoyable, everything was very fresh, with so many choices and the staff was a delight. Overall my wife and I would recommend this hotel and we would stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Venice.
The excellent staff. Having breakfast served by 2 charming ladies. Going out in the morning onto a film set.
Small shower cubicle. No shelf in bathroom for shaving kit.
